Been working at a Boutique (mostly buy & sell-side M&A in a niche industry) for two years now. One year as an intern during school another as a FT analyst. Trying to lateral to NYC MM/BB/EB. Anyone have any tips? Been applying online, reaching out to headhunters and alumni. Also anyone have any insight on the lateral interview process? Any advise is highly appreciated.
