Brain is fried

Hey everyone, my brain is absolutely fried since July and it hasn’t gotten better. I had a very rough 2 months before that so maybe it’s burnout but I’m not working that much now and it’s still fried. I go to bed at midnight and absolutely knock out. Any ideas on how to fix it?

Brain fog is a very real and well-documented side effect of the COVID poiso-I mean vaccine. If the timing seems to line up, there are doctors out there treating it with ivermectin and azithro.

check your vitamins and minerals.

This is THE most important thing you can do.

If you have low iron, you’ll feel fried and wrecked even if you haven’t done too much. The same applies for most other essentials in vitamins and minerals. Tell ur doc and they’ll draw up blood work, it’s the best thing you can do for yourself
