If you graduated less than 18 months ago then you can apply for FT positions. Of course you'd need to network to get someone to vouch for you (assuming this is USA).

Best of luck!

I worked in a different industry before pivoting to JPM PB. I will caveat this by saying I did not enjoy my experience at JPM and went back to my old industry at a different company.

My biggest piece of advice would be to network your way in, just as the Analyst 2 pointed above. I reached out to school alumni and had dozens of conversations with analysts all the way up to MDs. Since you work at Chase already, I would see if any colleagues are willing to help and see if they have any connections. Can also just cold reach out to bankers via LinkedIn. Start one convo, let it lead to another, and build that army of people willing to refer you when a role opens up where you want to be. Good luck!
