Buyside to IB FT Recruiting?
Incoming '26 SA at P72 Academy. Did cross-over investing last summer and enjoyed privates far more than publics (kinda hated it ngl). Want to recruit for MF/UMM PE analyst programs, but I understand that's probably not going to happen so recruiting for IB too. At a mid ivy, 3.9+, and have a few contacts (but not a lot) in CO'26 and CO'25 in IB. Was focused on TMT L/S so open to recruiting for SF/MP IB as well. Maybe this is ego but only looking for top BB or an EB. Realistically, what are my chances here?
