sounds like a lot of turnover which is not good. Had a friend leave there a year ago, he was previously at an EB and didn't have many positives to say about the experience. Sounds like misrepresentation throughout the interview process

For deal flow most analysts are staffed on multiple live deals (3-5) and assist in BD work/pitching. Deals are mostly M&A focused, with a mix of sellside and buyside processes. There has also been a recent surge in carveouts and HC LevFin work as well.
