Call scheduled post superday
Hi everyone,
I’m a senior in college currently recruiting for full-time IB roles. I've been through a few superdays, but I haven't been asked to schedule a call after one before.
Recently, one of the banks I had a superday with asked me to schedule a call with a team member. I’m trying to figure out if this is another interview round or something else entirely.
Has anyone experienced this before? Any insights would be helpful!

how are you a junior recruiting FT? i thought banks are recruiting 2025 FT rn. are banks already hiring 2026 FT start before the intern class even arrives?
