Can I put "received full-time offer" on my resume?

Long story short: I accepted a FT return offer as a "generalist", but I am getting screwed during the placement process. For whatever reason, I am not getting the teams I want and I am getting pushed to take some crappy role that is barely front office.

So, I want to start recruiting again for other roles. I know it is already March, but I feel like if I start now, I can land something decent within 3-4 months and do something I actually like.

So on my resume, can I put "received full-time offer" under my internship? I want to let people know that I received a full-time offer, and that I'm not someone who didn't get a return.

why not hire 2020 grads that are current 1st years looking to lateral and trade up? plenty of MM 1st years with decent experience wanting to jump to BB/EB
