Can someone PM me if they have a CIM from Jeffries??

Just got staffed on a deal, and my staffer mentioned that Jeffries was running a deal for a similar company. If anyone has the CIM from Jeffries, please message me and I’ll give you my email to send it over. I have a really tight timeline to get this CIM out, and I appreciate any help!

Jeffries banker here - this is 100% in market right now. I can’t send the full CIM to your email (for obvious reasons lol) — just PM’d you.

Pretty sure I know the book you’re talking about — we blasted it out like 3 weeks ago. Here’s the gist…

- Mgmt calling it “recession-proof” — even though volumes spiked during COVID (make of that what you will)
- LTM EBITDA is kinda sus but we added back a bunch of “non-core” stuff (rent, payroll, marketing, etc.)
- TAM slide says $68B but we had to count Australia and incarcerated spend to get there
- AI mentioned 9 times in the deck — zero actual use cases (classic lol)
- Buyer universe is extremely “broad” — we showed it to like 7 family offices and swear to God a crypto fund in Dubai

If anyone else is in process and wants to trade notes, drop your burner. Curious what comps you’re using… we used Chewy, Costco, and a Canadian ag co… blanking on the name .

We're out here turning CIMs to PIMs, Public Information Memorandoms
