Can we talk about sell-side M&A when it comes to fundraising?
Hi guys,
I interned in a mid-market M&A boutique and had the opportunity to work on sales, acquisitions, and fundraisings.
Would it be a lie to speak about fundraising as if it was a sell-side when presenting / writing our resume for example?
