Canaccord Genuity Comp/Exit Ops for London Office

Monkeys,

Looking for insight into Canaccord Genuity and in particular their London Office. Having spoken with a number of their guys, the culture seems solid. They've been rocking the IPO space in the UK this year and are having solid deal flow with Sponsors.

Trying to find information of compensation is difficult though. Does anyone have ballpark figures for Base + Bonus?

I would also appreciate any insight into potential ops into PE or HF.

I've found the following threads but not much else:

SBs to give out!
