Is it lateral posting or fresher?
Cause all postings in the last 6-8 months just waste your time with 3-4 rounds and hire some MD’s contact.
It’s been absolute shit. Made it to final rounds to be told they hired someone with more experience, don’t know why they’re wasting their time with recent grads in the first place
are you a summer 2024 grad?
Place is like the Wild West in terms of culture and deal flow. Seems like a fun place to be though for sure, very different than the Big 5, a lot more aggressive in chasing what’s in fashion right now. Can’t speak directly to their mining group though but I would probably guess it’s sweaty. I know that typically analysts get a lot more hands on than at other banks.
From a league table perspective, can’t speak as much to it.
