Do you mind if I ask what makes you say that? Is it the deals, culture, or comp? Or combination of everything
Canaccord is one of the only recognized MM firms to pay what interns are actually worth. It may hurt interns to be paid ~2 st. dev lower than peers -- but is accurate for intern output. However, it is well known that FT top-bucket, total comp is very high.
Top analysts are promoted after two years (rather than 3). Good place to learn and will get plenty of deal experience.
Pretty sure the standard for banks are two years nowadays for A2A unless ur dog…
Their 3 year analyst program is explicitly stated in their offer letter lmao, the same for a few EBs (evr and cvp)
