It is a slight increase on capital gains over 250k. Not many people are making over 250k on capital gains alone in one year.
This is going to impact so few people that it isn't worth worrying about. The government and its citizens should focus on its stupid high spending rather than this.
It’s for corporations too though, not just people. Going to make the already small PE industry we had here even smaller
