Can't get a fucking deal closed
Anyone else can't get a damn deal closed?
My group has 3 right now on the goal line and all 3 deals have had their exclusivity extended because buyers are being pussy atm
we closed one earlier this year but it was a low fee straggler from previous year. pretty sure people are going to get let go.
