Based on the most helpful WSO content, there isn't specific data available on Cantor Fitzgerald's return offer percentage for Summer Analysts. However, it's worth noting that in 2020, Cantor Fitzgerald canceled all SA internships without providing automatic return offers. This indicates that their approach to return offers may vary significantly depending on circumstances, such as market conditions or internal priorities.

If you're looking for general advice, return offer rates in investment banking can range widely, typically between 40% and 90%, depending on factors like group performance, firm size, and economic conditions. To maximize your chances, focus on excelling during your internship by being proactive, detail-oriented, and building strong relationships with your team.

Maybe someone has more recent data but since the only response was the WSO bot, I can throw in some human color.

Last I heard / the history I was told is that CF is in the lower return offer camp. I had been told a firm like HL used to be like an almost 100% or 90% return offer. CF was more like maybe yes. Maybe no. Granted my data may be like a decade old but hopefully a good start.

Good luck

Depends on office and group. I think the tech team focuses on 100% unless you’re just bad. HC might be a bit lower. Not sure about the newer groups.
