First off, screening on CapIQ sucks. Everything about it sucks.
I need to screen for financial buyers with socially conscious/ESG focused funds. I cannot figure out a concise way to screen for this. Do any other more seasoned monkeys on here have any advice? What is the best way/criteria to search for this?

Do you have access to Pitchbook? If so, I'd use that over CapIQ. Otherwise you're right CapIQ buyers screens can be really tricky and I've never found a good method other than to really hack a bunch of different searches together.
