Cascadia Hiring / Deal flow
Been following Cascadia for a bit now and they seem to be on an absolute hiring tear. Feels like every couple weeks there’s another Managing Director announcement on LinkedIn, and I know they’re also actively expanding their deal coverage. Makes me think they’re either doing a ton of deals or paying really well.
Curious if anyone here has insight into how their MD comp is structured. Is it more commission based on closed deals, or are they just busy enough right now that they can aggressively poach top talent?
