Centerview Partners - remote modeling test

Was just told that there's a modeling test conducted at Centerview where they send you pdf pages and a spreadsheet a few mins prior to the test time. If so goes well, I'll be taking this in the new year, so hoping to use the next couple weeks to prepare for it

My question is, what does it entail? Is it LBO modeling, acc/dil, dcf, RMT? To what extent is the stuff built out for you vs starting from scratch, given its only an hour long text with spreadsheet and supporting pdf docs sent few mins prior to the start time.

Any help would be appreciated!

Reverse Morris Trust, a tax efficient way to affect a spin off and merger. The parent divests a business / spins it off and immediately merges with another company post-spin.

Parent will need to own at least 50.1% of the NewCo in order to be tax free, and generally since the spun off entity is larger, getting the PF ownership down to 50.1% implies that the NewCo levers up and pays a dividend to the Parent - this is what helps lower the PF ownership down to 50.1%.

Recent big example would be Ingersol Rand and Gardner Denver, that are now IR and Trane... DuPont/IFF had a similar structure too
