CFA as a Law student?
Hi monkeys,
I'm a law student (Juris Doctor) who studied international business and a language in their undergrad. My long term goal is to break into IB/M&A. As I have no technical experience is it best to undertake a CFA or forget about IB since I never studied finance?
Cheers
The CFA is irrelevant for what bankers actually do. You'd be better off networking.
Besides, if the interest is in doing transactional work, who not M&A biglaw?
