Chances of Offer getting rescinded

I have already secured a junior summer internship at an EB and I am debating if it is worth still trying to find an internship for my leave term (my school is on a quarter system and you decide which quarters you want to be on campus, you can probably guess the school lol). I would probably be able to find something unpaid or for relatively little pay in a finance-related role but I kind of want to just chill and travel. I am kind of concerned that technically my offer could get rescinded and then I would have no experience on my resume if I had to rush to find an internship. Is it a real possibility that I get my offer rescinded given that I have not lied on my resume and don't foresee the background check being a big issue? Should I take the hit to my resume and just spend time travelling?

Yeah recruting season for Junior SA is before sophomore SA so secured Junior SA first. Most people from my school don't have sophomore SA and just have junior
