Chicago SA to NY FT
Incoming SA at top Chicago MM shop. Frankly took the offer because it was exploding and my other processes in NY weren't moving. Excited about it, but wonder if I'll still have the NY itch after SA. How feasible is it to go from Chi MM SA to NY (ideally BB) FT? Am I dreaming or is it possible? I know rerecruiting is notoriously hard, but may still give it a shot depending on my SA experience

Can you explain how performance during the internship matters when recruiting for FT? There's no way an MD would advocate for you, would they?
