Just secured summer 27 offer from one of the top two mega funds (investment role), coming from a semi target. Heard summer 27 is brutal, but me and other my Chinese peers, we lock in roughly half the headcounts for mega funds and hedge funds and EB on wall street (low key no cap). Know that Asia has always been the lowest totem pole on wallstreet. Happy to answer any questions on how we win this recruiting cycle:)

There are over a billion chinese fuckers who all optimize for this shit and I'm not saying they aren't smart, but do you really think the powers at be will let yall climb up American companies if they feel threatened for real. Name the most succesful people in finance and how many of them are chinese, the most succesful asian in finance is Korean and even the quant funds are run by whites or American-Asians. The reason you think your so special is because you lump all the American's who are multiethnic as one, and when you take the minority of spots that are sponsored (hint hint no American finance co. is hiring majority h1B) of course the chinese out perform it is the largest amount of smart people with enough cultrual capital for finance in the world. And MF investment team doesn't even mean anything BX hires tons of people for RE. If you think internationals are so great, you would have stayed in Asia, there is a reason why you came clamoring over here for just a semi-target. You guys just get upset when people have their own country and think they you are pulling one over on us, no real high class American really gives a shit about a 200k pre-tax investment job. No one cares that your cooked, likely 5-6 inches shorter than the average American and took some nerd job that only a select portion of our population, most of whom aren't true elites want.
