Had a second round on Friday for Citi and dude said it’s a pretty rolling basis process, the people you talk to will touch base and kinda just compare notes

The fact that they interview this early is insane. Difficult to actually assess strong candidates this early into one’s college career. There’s a reason GS/MS/JPM/Barclays/BAML have continued to push back recruitment last few years.
