Citi Global Head of IB: “We Will Hire 75% of Interns”
Saw this on LinkedIn earlier. Seems to be at odds with everyone interpreting previous statements as guaranteeing a job for everyone.

I definitely think that graphic is a bit misleading. On the call, he said that we are extending FT offers to all of our interns in the hubs (NYC, London, Tokyo, Singapore, and Hong Kong -- the ones he named) unless they don't show up. My guess is those cities constitute ~75% of Citi's total intern class hence the graphic. He then went on to say people in other markets/ geographies would still have a chance for FT offers, and they are hoping to be able to extend them in other markets (not guaranteed though).
