Saw that too — guess he’s not expecting 25% of us to meet “minimum requirements”.

Also the possibility that b/c FT offers were only extended to the core offices that people in other offices get auto axed, or very few of them will get FT offers coupled with the ~5% of people in major offices that don’t meet the minimum requirements.

Do you happen to know which offices weren't included in the auto FT offers in the USA? Wasnt it like Houston and San Fran?

I definitely think that graphic is a bit misleading. On the call, he said that we are extending FT offers to all of our interns in the hubs (NYC, London, Tokyo, Singapore, and Hong Kong -- the ones he named) unless they don't show up. My guess is those cities constitute ~75% of Citi's total intern class hence the graphic. He then went on to say people in other markets/ geographies would still have a chance for FT offers, and they are hoping to be able to extend them in other markets (not guaranteed though).

But intents can’t physically show up in those cities. Looks like an auto ding is around the corner.
