It would be interesting if anyone has the balls to bring this up to decision makers at banks. Although their answer would probably just be to physically live at the office. 

 

I guess we lost this battle. As someone who graduated during Covid and never saw working 5 days in the office as the norm, and enjoyed the flexibility of hybrid, this truly sucks.

FINRA having to correct misinformation being spit out by banks is too late. They should’ve done better communicating their fucked up rules. Literally have one job and they fucked it up

 

So if there is weekend work (which there always is), no matter how little hours it might be if you're lucky, would you have to go to the office? Has anyone asked about this?

 

So what? Come in and teach your juniors instead of complaining about this and the "poor quality of analysts nowadays".
