Have 2019 list on my phone but 2020 n 1Q21 I'd have to get back to you. Not tech but they were JLA on T-Mobile $5B Incremental Bridge Loan in November 2020, 15% economics. They're also in this InteriorLogic (Blackstone) deal right now that's getting a lot of press for it's disrespectfully aggressive terms with no precedent but nonetheless getting thru

Off the top of my head, they worked on the $2.2Bn Bumble IPO and $3.4Bn Snowflake IPO over the past year. In M&A, they also worked on the $9.2Bn acquisition of eBay Classifieds by Adevinta (OB:ADEA), the $1.2Bn acquisition of Unisys Federal by SAIC (NYSE:SAIC), the $2.1Bn LBO of Presidio (NDAQ:PSDO) by BC Partners, the $6Bn LBO of Tech Data (NASDAQ: TECD) by Apollo (NYSE: APO), Ebix's (NDAQ:EBIX) $340M acquisition of Yatra Online (NDAQ:YTRA), and EG Group's sale of Fuel Payments Business to WEX Inc. (NYSE:WEX). In acquisition financing, they worked on CD&R's LBO of Sirius Computer Solutions and SS&C's (NYSE:SSNC) $1.5Bn acquisition of Intralinks.

Good list. Bumble IPO was huge for Citi and easy to talk about

They have been poaching a ton of rainmakers over the last 2-3 years so definitely talk about the growth of the group and ask about that in interviews. Wouldn't be surprised to see them move up the board in tech going forward based on who they've been hiring

Agreed. Their senior hirings have definitely started to come into effect as of late and we should expect to see them working on more and more major deals over the coming years. If this is for analyst recruiting, another thing you can talk about would be that they do in-house M&A modeling. So rather than outsourcing the tech M&A work to a product team like what BofA and JPM does, Citi SF Tech analysts get staffed on the technical modeling work, which is beneficial for PE and exits. They also run very lean deal teams with only 1 analyst working on each deal.
