Depends what group. Is this DCM, M and A, Corp Fin?

So I'm not at Citizens currently, at a different firm A1, however, I do know some colleagues who work there not in Corp Fin but in DCM so it might be similar. Is this a general question, or do you have an offer for this group? Do you have another offer that you are weighing it against?
