Hi! I'm totally new to everything IB but I got into the CS women's mentorship program and was paired with two mentors. After the virtual conference, I get pushed to final round interviews for the 2021 Summer Analyst position. I'm curious as to if anyone has any tips on communicating well with mentors and basically what I should talk to them about to be considered a good candidate?
