Company / industries drivers primer?
I was wondering if anyone has a summary / primer of industries drivers. For example, to me the Internet space has the following drivers:
Unique Visitors, Pageviews
Obviously this is no exhaustive. And I was wondering if there is anything that lists out the major drivers of different companies / industries, any help is much appreciated!
Thanks in advance.
the rosenbaum/pearl book has a page of typical industry drivers..look it up on google books
Thanks. I found the sector-specific valuation multiples page. Is that what you are referring to? I am looking for more business drivers type of stuff. E.g. disposable income is a main driver for consumer discretionary businesses.
Thanks again.

I found this pretty helpful. Can be had for cheap, used.
This is by no means exhaustive but it can be a nice place to start http://www.investopedia.com/features/industryhandbook/
