Concerned about IB Recruiting Process
I am a sophomore at a non-target but in a club on campus that places 90%+ at decent banks. I have yet to get any real processes/first rounds whereas most of the other people have one if not multiple. Any advice on what I can do?/ Banks where they are still taking coffee chats.

Just SMBC and the Bulge (GS, JPM, MS)
What about baird or rj? Any MM’s?
