Confused about fiscal years when modeling

Currently learning how to model and really confused about whether or not to use the 10-K or 10-Q. I use the 10-K and am putting in historical records for 2022, 2021, and 2020 for NVIDIA and for the 2022 year it has a Fiscal year end date of (3/11/2022), for 2021 it has a fiscal year end date of 2/19/2021, and for 2020 (2/14/2020) which are different. I hear that it is better to use the 10-Q because it is more updated but how would that work?
