Contractor to Full Time in BB pay
I make 58k at a bulge bracket bank in Florida as a contracted operations analyst on CAT (Consolidated Audit Trail) and after a year since my start date the firm will either hire me full time or my contracting agency will rotate me to another client. I am doing well and am adding value to the firm so I am not worried about not receiving full time employment but I am curious if anyone knows what salary I could expect as a full time employee? My goal is 80k-85k although I cannot find the salaries on payscale or glassdoor. Thank you
