Corp dev / strategy / biz dev comp increases??
Curious, in light of the comp raises hitting Wall St for junior talent, is comp for Corp dev / strategy / biz dev also being impacted? If so, please share!
No, short answer is they're not competing for the same talent (hires out of college) and those roles don't have the same salary set in stone for 7-8 years like IB does.
