Corporate Banking BMO Pay
I understand CB at BMO is housed within IB. Is the base pay the same? If not what is the expected corporate banking 1st yr analyst pay and bonus? Any information would be appreciated.
Not the same…An1: 85k + 10-20k bonus
An2: 95k + 10-20k bonus
As1: 135k (I believe this is correct from data points but would appreciate someone confirming) + 25k - 50k bonus
As2: 145k (once again not positive) + 25k - 50k bonus
As3: 155k (once again not positive) + 25k - 50k bonus
VP1: 175k
Director: 225k

In Canada:
AN1: 90
AN2: 95
AS1 through AS3: 115-120-125 +40/45/50 ish
VP: 150
My friend is an associate 1 there and he got $135k base with 35-40% bonus projection.

Anyone know when bonus announcement + payout days are at BMO for analysts this year? I heard mid July for announcement
Also note that as always it matters the profitability of your group. My group doubled our portfolio size last year so bonuses were very heavy and im sure at the director and relationship manager level they made some serious money.

Didn’t you say you were a credit analyst looking at companies with $100mm in rev? Sounds like a commercial banking role
