Corporate Banking Compensation at BBs
What's the market rate base and bonus for corporate banking/relationship management at BBs? Specifically Barclays, Citi, BofA, etc. at the AVP and VP level.
Some are 85k base
Base salary is in the range of $85-$95k as an analyst for most BB. Base salaries are typically standardized for juniors at any firm whether you are in IB/CB/S&T/Research, with bonuses varying substantially. At least in my experience this was the case.
