Corporate Client Banking vs ZS Associates vs BB MO

Hi Monkeys,

So, a friend has offers from JPM CCB, ZS, and MS/GS Risk.
They want to know what the best role to take now, to be position themselves for an M7 MBA and PE recruiting after.
My opinion was to take CCB (pays the best), but I want to hear what others have to say. GS/MS MO probably is the last option if consider, but it has the vague chance of moving to FO (anyone experience this?). ZS is consulting, but it's a pharma specific group and largely has an M7 Advantage at Kellogg.
JPM CCB seems to be the best bet. It's a FO position, pay is IBD salary (bonus unknown), and has a BB name. She was told it is 'Mid-cap Lev Fin for JPM clients.'

Thoughts?

Without knowing what your friend wants long-term career wise, enjoys doing, etc., I'd go with JPM by a mile. Like you said, it's FO and pays the best. I wouldn't do ZS just because it might help you get into Kellogg (that's almost as bad as those kids who join the military or the Peace Corps for a chance to get into HBS). Moving from BO/MO to FO is almost impossible. The only reason people discuss it is because once in a blue moon someone makes the move and posts a thread on here.
