Corporate/Commercial Banking Salary Bumps?
With most banks bumping comp for IBD, has anyone's firm increased comp for their corporate / commercial banking departments? Most juniors at my firm have been pulling evenings/weekends throughout COVID and there is some ongoing discussion about increasing comp but I'm not sure if it will actually happen. Firm has been at ~$95k all-in ($80k base) for first year analysts for the last few years

I heard rumours BMO was bumping bonuses by 15% for corporate banking but haven't seen any confirmation of this at all. I received an offer recently for 90K as AN2.
I know groups that have Corporate consolidated into their IB group had pay raises at handful of banks.
However, I can’t imagine commercial banking getting pay raises. Maybe the groups that deal with larger revenue segments will.
