Cowen FT Interview
I got an email about an interview with Cowen for IB NYC 2021 FT. I was wondering if anyone had experience with their interview process and what I should expect? Are there heavy technicals, some behavioral, etc? Also this is a "preliminary interview".

They’re known to be lite on techs and more behavioral / fit.
