I am recruiting currently for healthcare and have heard that Cowen is a pretty good shop for MM healthcare. was wondering if anyone had any info in regards to the culture, pay, benefits/perks at the shop. Seems as if hc is run from the sf office but theres also a group in nyc.

Bump
Mostly biotech ECM. That's their bread and butter. Still trying to expand their M&A franchise, as a lot of the deal flow is ECM related. Not a bad shop and healthcare is one of their better groups, but there's definitely better MM out there.
Huge ECM biotech in the past with a ton of recent creds in Tools & Diagnostics over the last couple years. Great growing shop imo given quality of hires and mandates I've seen recently.
