For those of you who have or know someone who has made it from a Non-target into BB, what are some creative ways to get the right person's attention? I've done my fair share of emails and LinkedIn messages, but my success is limited due lack of alumni and zero campus recruiting events. Stories on what you did to get that first call or coffee chat.
