For a first year credit analyst, that is very good. No idea about what it should be like for someone with three or so years of experience. I also don't know anything about IB in Alabama.

Its with neither of those, but it is a big bank. They just built an office in Alabama. I mostly plan to network and then if i decide i want to ill try to lateral within this bank or start with some of the other investment banks near here. Being a credit analyst and having a MBA should give me a strong enough resume to be looked at at least. Regions I unfortunately did not get a call back for credit analyst position, but this company is paying me more than they would based on what I have heard from other regions credit analyst i know around here.
