Any update with how cultures have changed since prolonged WFH in these firms?
Hard to say since everyone has been out of the office.
Generally people in Houston are much chiller and have different priorities than the NYC crowd.
That being said, when things aren't going well (now), morale and climate go in the shitter because most people are anxious about their jobs and prospects.
