Current Tier 2 or Corporate Bank Associate/AVP Salary?

Hey just a question to anyone that may have insight on this -

I am wondering what a market base comp range is for a more senior associate (banking coverage) at tier 2/corporate bank might be, specifically if someone is going in as a lateral hire?

It would be for an AVP equivalent (basically a 2nd/3rd year Associate) somewhere like Soc Gen or Wells Fargo for lev fin.

Thanks!
