“With FIG and private markets always being a super targeted aspect of banking for me, the linkedin review was firstly helpful in refining my background, but tangentially valuable in helping develop recruiting strategies going forward. I found that Andre is a very direct and methodical person, and the directness he offers is always super helpful in driving quick and decisive changes. Concluding the session, he offered me additional resources for review given his expertise, as well as further insights into FIG recruiting, offering himself for future mentorship on the technical side. Fairly sure Miami is mainly wealth management with a few specialist Mid-Market firms operating locally. Typically boutiques who cover:

Life Sciences

Trade and Shipping

Never going to be as sweaty as NYC. Will be lower flow and more lifestyle. Bonus comp will be significantly lower.
