Heard they pay shit. Forget the exact amount but iirc target first year comp in their FIG group (their bread and butter) was like 120k (something like 80 base, 50% max bonus)

I saw the database, its 1st year base is 90k, which is lower compared to the street. Can someone confirm?

The 1st-year base is 95k, and bonus is capped at 50%, with the majority of analysts reaching 40%+
That is for Denver, CO 1st-year Analyst but seems to be the same throughout the U.S.

Anybody know what their timeline is for recruiting 2023 analysts? Or do they just do intern offers and off-cycle?
Their timeline is later than the upper middle-market banks (but I would still be checking their website periodically from now on if you are trying to apply), and they recruit outside of interns.
