DB (NY) Outlook 2026

Seen a few positive(ish) posts on DB from the last couple years. Would enjoy hearing perspectives from those currently at DB, specifically about:
- SA experience
- Steps you’ve seen DB take to continue to improve North American IB footprint
- TC progression, specifically bonuses
- Any gripes/frustrations with DB

Platform has been growing well in the US with there being momentum in M&A, but at the end of the day it is still growing back into it's old shoes and mainly serves as a balance sheet bank when it comes to financings at the moment. M&A is still something of a hope and a product that will grow in the firm for years to come imo and from what I've heard from friends and acquaintances at DB
