DB (NY) Outlook 2026
Seen a few positive(ish) posts on DB from the last couple years. Would enjoy hearing perspectives from those currently at DB, specifically about:
- SA experience
- Steps you’ve seen DB take to continue to improve North American IB footprint
- TC progression, specifically bonuses
- Any gripes/frustrations with DB
bump
Platform has been growing well in the US with there being momentum in M&A, but at the end of the day it is still growing back into it's old shoes and mainly serves as a balance sheet bank when it comes to financings at the moment. M&A is still something of a hope and a product that will grow in the firm for years to come imo and from what I've heard from friends and acquaintances at DB
Thanks for the info. I'm assuming that with lower M&A, TC is fairly low across the board?
comp is fairly street or slightly below street, better than bofa
Does the bank still have WFH on Fridays?
