Where is everyone at in the process? I'm from a school DBO normally doesn't recruit at, but wanted to know if anyone has done first round interviews.

To be frank, I think you may be a bit too late in the process. Many people have moved on to second rounds, superdays will be released later this week or early next week, and the entire process will be wrapped up by mid-next week.

They’re doing first and second rounds this week and aim to have superday late next week.
Heard comp and exposure to seniors are great but hours suck. Also the bay is expensive and seems boring imo

I emailed like 3 weeks back and got the following response.
Glad to hear you’re interested. Unfortunately, we are already pretty far along with our recruiting process at this point and are focusing only on a small number of colleges. Also, for future reference, you forgot to fill in the “learn about your experience at ____” part of the email. Just wanted to bring that to your attention for when you reach out to others. Good luck with the process and let me know if I can be helpful otherwise.

My friend got a superday right after finishing his second round on Friday but turned it down.
Damn so if you didn't hear back immediately, you're out?
Yeah I followed up after my second round and they said I was dinged.
