DBS IBD???
I know its a long shot but is anyone here have any insight information about DBS IBD operation in Asia..how good they r? what is their strength? and pay? HK exp vs Mainland exp?

-the people i know who got in fresh out of school got in via a "management associate" programme
-horrendously low pay ( about ~$2600 USD/month in pay for those under the management associate programme. Also, those under the programme get only 2 months bonus a year)
-even in asia they're not good; check out the league tables and awards from Asiamoney , financeasia etc. the big boys in nyc/london are also the big boys in asia.
