DCF or NAV for infra?

Hey guys,

Was personally thinking about this for a while but any thoughts on what valuation method would be more relevant for an infra model? I've only seen infra DCF's thus far and kind of questioned that because the concept of a NAV would seem sort of relevant for infra models
